All orders placed on thehotsman.com are dispatched through different courier delivery partners that are serviceable at your Pin code.


Is there a way to get my order delivered faster?

Unfortunately, currently we do not have any service like that to expedite the delivery of orders. But, you can always connect to our customer support number mentioned on the website for better understanding and more information.

What if money is debited but the order is not confirmed?

In such cases, we request you not to panic as your money is completely safe. Due to some technical instabilities, the amount may have been debited and failed to process at the payment gateway. In such a situation, the amount is usually reversed automatically to the customer’s account within 24 hours. In an unlikely event if the payment went through, we will either process your order or refund the full amount to the original source of payment within 10-12 working days as per your wish.

Domestic Delivery - Charges and Timing

1. thehotsman.com offers free shipping for all the domestic orders.

2. We will make sure your order is delivered to you as soon as possible. We're always taking extra precautions with packaging and delivery and we will aim to have your order delivered to you within 10-15 business days after shipping. However, in major cases, we will ship and get your order delivered at the most earliest time possible depending on your destination Pin Code.

3. If you do not receive your order within the time frame as advised above, kindly raise a request to us on support@heartontheseam.com or contact our customer support number provided on the website.

4. If you have received a confirmation from the delivery partner that your order is out for delivery and you don't receive the order on the same day or in next 48 hrs, kindly raise an issue to us on our mail or phone number provided on the website immediately within 48 hrs to help us serve you better. If you are raising an issue after 48 hrs, we may not be able to help you.

5. Please note Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays will not be considered for shipments. But, you may sure receive your order on weekends or public holidays  as per the convenience of the delivery partner.

6. You may also expect late shipping/delivery by a day or two in rare unforeseen cases like sudden government shutdowns, natural calamities, technical errors and other unforced errors.

International Delivery  - Charges & Timing

1. thehotsman.com does not offer free shipping for international orders. A shipping amount will be charged to the customer at the checkout based on the delivery destination/country.

2. We will make sure your order is delivered to you as soon as possible. We're always taking extra precautions with packaging and delivery and we will aim to have your order delivered to you within 15-25 business days depending upon the delivery destination/country. However, We will try our best to deliver at the earliest.

Where is my order processed from?

All Orders are processed from our warehouse in Bangalore, India.

All Orders will be delivered to the shipping address you submit at checkout.

Who will deliver my order?

In India, we have tied up with most trusted courier shipping partners in the industry. Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package maximum twice/thrice before they will return it back to our warehouse.

Kindly provide your mobile number that you are available at, and your complete shipping address including the pincode,  which will help us ensure a smooth delivery of your order.

Please do not accept the package, if it looks damaged or tampered during the time of delivery.
